As a wedding and engagement photographer, I couldn't have been more thrilled with their location choice. It perfectly encapsulated the fusion of natural beauty and urban charm that Nashville has to offer. I’ve been dying to photograph here since my recent move to Nashville, Tennessee.
Cumberland Park, nestled alongside the bustling downtown area, provided a picturesque setting with its lush greenery and waterfront views. Meanwhile, the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge offered a modern, cityscape backdrop, creating a striking contrast that offers great variety for a diverse engagement photo gallery.
Kayla's beautiful dress, sourced from Alter'd State in Nashville, fit both vibes of nature and urban landscape. To ensure seamless coordination, I provided Kayla with a comprehensive style guide weeks before the session. From color palettes to outfit suggestions, my goal was to empower the couple to look and feel their best on camera.
Kayla and Wyatt's journey began in med school, where they not only pursued their passions, but also found love in each other's company. Fast forward to their recent graduation last April, they're now thriving in their careers in the pharmaceutical field. Theirs is a story of dedication, perseverance, and a shared commitment to building a future together.
As we explored Cumberland Park and meandered along the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge, laughter filled the air as they practiced their twirls and dips. Amidst the photo session, Wyatt stumbled upon a delightful surprise – bubbles! With childlike enthusiasm, he blew bubbles into Kayla's pictures, adding a whimsical touch. Though the bubbles are extremely subtle in the photos, they serve as a charming reminder of the couple's playful spirit.
