Kadence and Colton are a delightful couple whose love story is as charming as their new home right around the corner from Murfreesboro Square. They recently moved into their beautiful house in September, and their excitement for the future is palpable. While I won't be photographing their wedding this October, it was a true joy to capture their engagement photos in the very place where they are beginning this new chapter of their lives together.
Murfreesboro Square is known for its charming blend of historic architecture and contemporary urban flair. This couple wanted to embrace that metropolitan vibe, and we were able to capture stunning images that reflect the energy and sophistication of the downtown area. From the iconic courthouse to the trendy boutiques and cafés lining the streets, every backdrop added a unique touch to their photos.
We started the session near the historic courthouse, capturing the couple against the backdrop of its grand architecture. The steps and columns provided a timeless setting, ideal for those classic engagement shots. Moving on, we explored the vibrant streets of downtown, utilizing the colorful murals and brick facades as unique and artistic backgrounds. Despite the urban setting, we were determined to incorporate spots of greenery and flowers into the session. Murfreesboro Square boasts several hidden gems, such as beautifully maintained planters bursting with seasonal blooms. These spots provided a perfect contrast to the sleek cityscape, adding a natural and romantic element to the shoot.
